I have a background in cardiology, and have attempted for years to abide by a low-fat diet. When I added some “good” fats to my diet—eggs, avocado, grass-fed beef, and even beef liverwurst, I was happy to see a considerable improvement in my total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, and LDL.
I just made it through a stressful 60 hour week of work without hitting the junk food and sugar. That is huge!
